How it works

The laser energy is absorbed by pigment in the skin. These pigments are shattered into smaller pieces and removed via natural processes in our body. At the same time, the thermal energy from the laser stimulates collagen production, helping to rejuvenate and prevent signs of skin aging.

Common skin pigment conditions like melasma, freckles, solar lentigines, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and uneven skin tone can be effectively treated.

Tattoo removal can also be done with the Q-switched laser. Ink particles in the skin are broken down by the laser and the tattoo gets progressively lighter over several sessions.
